The standard semi-dull product was the first product developed and marketed by the Business. Predominantly the Polyester-Cotton (PC) yarn manufacturers are using this product; it can also be used in Polyester-Viscose and Pure Polyester yarn segments. Currently the semi-dull product is the industrial norm in Pakistan, being marketed by all manufacturers in Pakistan.

Micro Fibre was developed with a view to further enhance the production realized through the use of 1.2 denier fibre. Due to its finer denier, the product has helped customers achieve higher production levels by reducing TM’s, without compromising on the quality of yarn/fabric produced.

Single Component Dyeing is a process in which only one component (i.e. Cotton) of a fabric made out of PC is dyed which appreciably reduces the dyeing cost. If the fabric is made out of yarn that has been spun from regular polyester fibre, white spots (resembling pilling) appear on the fabric after dyeing. Using SCD fibre in such yarns reduces the number of white spots making it suitable for use in the export market. SCD has established its market as an emerging fashion fibre, especially for the European market. The future of the fibre seems bright for those spinners who export to hosiery markets.

Super fine has been developed to help spinners in increasing yarn strength of fine counts such as 40, 50, 60 and 80 CVC, which helps in improving warping performance and loom efficiency. It can also be used in coarser counts with 1.0 denier fibre to further enhance their production levels.
